I3d is looking for a Network Engineering Manager to lead and develop their global network engineering team in Capelle aan den IJssel. You will oversee network operations, drive automation, and ensure security practices are maintained.

What you will do

• Lead and develop a global network engineering team
• Prioritize and deliver network upgrades and datacenter expansions
• Oversee daily network operations and incident handling
• Translate technical strategy into execution with architects
• Drive automation culture and improve workflows
• Ensure network documentation and security practices are maintained

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in networking or related field
• Significant experience in network engineering in ISP, telecom, or datacenter
• Experience leading or mentoring network engineers
• Knowledge of BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, EVPN-VXLAN, MPLS, L2/L3 VPNs
• Familiarity with Juniper or similar platforms
• Experience with automation tools like Ansible or Python

Nice to have

• JNCIP-SP, JNCIP-DC, CCNP, CCIE certifications
