About the job

Quantware is looking for an Accounting Governance & Reporting Manager to join their team in Delft. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining accounting policies, improving management reporting quality, and leading finance transformation projects.

What you will do

Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures
Provide guidance on complex transactions and support month-end closing
Improve management reporting quality and consistency
Review financial processes for control gaps and improvement opportunities
Design and document proportionate controls and processes
Lead or participate in finance transformation projects

What you bring

Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
Qualified CPA, CA, RA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent
6-10 years of relevant experience including several years in a Big Four audit firm with at least 1 year at Manager level
Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting
Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, international environment

Nice to have

Experience in a finance role within a high-growth technology company
Experience in a deeptech environment such as semiconductors or quantum technologies
Experience with Capex heavy and manufacturing companies
Experience with ERP systems and finance transformation projects
Experience with business intelligence tools
