Huawei Europe is seeking a Data Center Business Director to drive growth across the FLAPD and Nordic regions. Based in Rijswijk, you will lead business development efforts and manage the full sales cycle for colocation and connectivity solutions.

What you will do

Identify and capture new business opportunities in FLAPD and Nordic regions
Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution
Acquire new clients among colocation service providers and NCPs
Build and maintain C-suite relationships in the data center ecosystem
Own sales KPIs and annual revenue targets
Collaborate with technical teams to create custom colocation and connectivity solutions

What you bring

Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Data Center, Colocation, or Hyperscaler sectors
Deep familiarity with FLAPD markets
Strong network in Nordic region (Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland)
Proven track record of meeting multi-million dollar sales quotas
Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills in English
Willingness to travel up to 50% across Europe

Nice to have

Proficiency in German, French, or a Nordic language
