Quantware in Delft is looking for a Software Manager to lead the development of calibration software for quantum computing. In this role, you will own the software roadmap and drive architectural strategy while managing a multidisciplinary team.

What you will do

Own and project manage calibration software development roadmap
Set engineering milestones and ensure efficient team work
Lead recruitment and growth of a multidisciplinary team
Establish production-grade software engineering practices
Drive long-term architectural strategy for software
Collaborate with third parties on technical integration

What you bring

5+ years of professional software leadership experience
Proven track record in delivering production-grade software
Engineering management background with hiring experience
Deep expertise in Python ecosystem and software architecture
Excellent leadership and cross-functional communication skills

Nice to have

Experience with superconducting quantum computing hardware or related field
