QuantWare is looking for a Nanofabrication Technician to join their team in Delft. In this role, you will operate cleanroom production equipment and follow established procedures for wafer-scale fabrication. You will work in a hybrid setup, collaborating across R&D and production.

What you will do

Operate cleanroom production equipment safely and accurately
Follow established recipes, SOPs, and safety guidelines for wafer-scale fabrication
Monitor tool performance and perform basic wafer inspections
Log production data, batch records, and tool usage accurately
Maintain cleanroom environment and stock materials

What you bring

Practical experience in high-precision manufacturing
Discipline to work independently in an academic cleanroom
Excellent communication skills for collaboration across R&D and production
Organized and detail-oriented with clear documentation skills
Ability to follow established procedures and escalate issues to engineers
