EMW, Inc. is seeking a Principal Technician for ICT Systems to join their team in Den Haag. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing ICT systems, providing technical support, and managing network devices.

What you will do

Install, maintain, and repair ICT systems
Provide technical support to end-users
Configure hardware and software
Manage computers and network devices
Troubleshoot technical issues
Provide 24/7 on-call response for Level 2 support

What you bring

Active NATO COSMIC TOP SECRET clearance
Higher vocational training in relevant discipline with 3 years experience, or secondary education with 5 years experience
3 years experience implementing and maintaining ICT systems in large organization
Experience configuring hardware and software
Understanding of ICT systems and independent problem-solving
Hands-on troubleshooting and end-user support experience

Nice to have

Network configuration and debugging (TCP/IP, VPN, VLAN, firewall, DNS)
Cybersecurity infrastructure understanding
Software development in Java, C, C++, Python, or scripting
Server hosting platform configuration and RAID management
Analytical and problem-solving skills in remote server administration and log analysis
ITIL foundation or advanced certification
