Bertelsmann-Jobs is seeking a Head of Tech for its Netherlands operations, based in Gennep. This executive will define and execute the Dutch Tech strategy, leading growth, profitability, and market expansion across multiple locations.

- Identify new business opportunities and accelerate commercial growth

- 20+ years of leadership experience in contract logistics operations
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience leading large multi-site organizations with full P&L responsibility
- Strong track record in profitable growth and business transformation
- Experience managing executive-level customer relationships and senior stakeholders
