About the job

This is a graduation internship focused on optimizing talent management and succession planning processes. You will conduct research and deliver actionable recommendations for HR and L&D strategy within an international logistics organization.

What you will do

Investigate how to optimize talent management and succession planning process to increase succession readiness
Focus on one of the given research questions about improving talent management or aligning with global strategy and local needs
Deliver a concrete and actionable recommendation for HR and L&D strategy
Conduct graduation research as main activity
Shape the internship further in consultation
Collaborate with L&D team, HR Advisory, and various stakeholders

What you bring

Pursuing a bachelor (HBO) degree in HRM, Learning & Development, Business Administration, or related field
Looking for a graduation internship or thesis internship
Good command of English (spoken and written)
Able to work independently and in a team
