About the job
Flink is looking for a hands-on Team Leader to guide orderpickers and riders at their Groningen location. In this role, you will ensure service, productivity, and safety during shifts while assisting the branch manager. You will lead and support riders on site, handle inventory, inbound, and order picking, and check the bike fleet for damage.

What you bring
- Hands-on teamlead who leads by example
- Managerial experience as supervisor or operational role
- Experience in logistics, retail, or catering preferred
- Available for at least 24 hours per week
- Willing to work evenings and weekends
- Degree not necessary
