About the job
Rocycle is looking for a Customer Relations Agent to join their team in the Netherlands. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries across multiple channels and help improve the overall customer experience.
What you will do
- Respond to customer questions via email, support tickets, social media, and other channels
- Deliver friendly and efficient customer support
- Take ownership of customer issues and find practical solutions
- Communicate with external system providers to flag and resolve technical issues
- Identify recurring questions and opportunities to improve customer experience
- Contribute to FAQs, internal processes, and projects
What you bring
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or similar role
- Availability to work 12–20 hours per week, including occasional weekends and public holidays
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Customer-first mindset
- Proactive attitude with ownership and prioritization skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
Nice to have
- Dutch, German, or Spanish language skills
- Interest in fitness, wellness, and hospitality
