About the job

Flink is looking for a Shift Lead to join the team in Leeuwarden. In this role, you will lead and support pickers and riders during shifts, ensuring productivity and safety on the floor. You will also perform operational tasks and act as backup for the Hub Manager when absent.

What you will do

• Lead and support pickers and riders during shifts
• Ensure productivity and safety on the floor
• Perform picking, packing, and inbounding tasks
• Act as backup for Hub Manager when absent
• Coach team members and oversee inventory and equipment
• Maintain hygiene and onboard new staff

What you bring

• Enjoy working with people and being a team contact
• Hands-on and operational mindset
• Remain calm under pressure and motivate the team
• Some managerial experience, preferably in logistics, retail, or catering
• Available for at least 24 hours per week
• Available to work evenings and weekends
