Bertelsmann-Jobs is looking for a Supervisor to lead and optimize a warehouse department in Lelystad. You will work in an international, diverse environment with automation and data-driven operations, where you will monitor KPIs, coordinate planning, and coach team members. Wat je meebrengt

• MBO+/HBO working and thinking level
• At least 1 year experience as Supervisor, or several years as Assistant Supervisor/Teamleader
• Experience in logistics or warehouse operations
• Experience with systems like SAP or other ERP/WMS
• Good English skills
• Willing to work in shifts (including temporary night periods)
