About the job
AIHR is looking for a Partnership Manager to join their team in Rotterdam. You will drive growth by building and managing affiliate partnerships, working closely with marketing and sales.
What you will do
- Prospect and sign new affiliate partners
- Manage and grow existing affiliate relationships
- Conduct discovery meetings to qualify prospects
- Negotiate and close partnership agreements
- Run quarterly business reviews with partners
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams
What you bring
- 3+ years in partnership acquisition and management, ideally in SaaS or e-commerce
- Comfortable owning targets
- AI-first mindset for operational efficiency
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Highly organized, able to manage 50–80 partner relationships
- Available at least 3 days per week in Rotterdam office
Nice to have
- Experience with HubSpot
- Background in HR tech, EdTech, or SaaS
