GenScript/ProBio is looking for a Technical Account Representative to join their team in the Netherlands. In this hybrid role, you will handle daily customer service operations and provide technical advice to clients. You will collaborate with the Sales Account Manager to improve customer satisfaction and occasionally attend trade shows.
What you will do
- Handle daily customer service operations for inquiries about orders, complaints, and technical support
- Provide technical advice and interpret customer requirements to fit business capabilities
- Collaborate with Sales Account Manager as a technical consultant to improve customer satisfaction
- Occasionally attend trade shows and give technical presentations
What you bring
- Master's degree in Cell biology, Immunology, Biochemistry, Molecular biology or related life science fields
- Extensive hands-on laboratory experience in molecular biology and biochemistry techniques
- Fluency in English
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and presentation skills with technical content
- Customer-focused, proactive, and action-oriented
Nice to have
- Fluency in French or German
- Previous industry experience in a similar role
