Kraft Heinz is looking for a Senior R&D Packaging Technologist to lead packaging development projects with a strong consumer focus. Based in Nijmegen, you will drive innovation, cost reduction, and supply chain projects while coaching team members.

What you will do

Lead packaging development projects with consumer focus
Deliver NPD, VE, and supply chain projects through R&D governance
Lead supply chain projects including new equipment and packaging lines
Support packaging development for innovation and cost reduction
Understand PPWR legislation and translate into technical concepts
Coach members of the packaging team

What you bring

Completed packaging, engineering, or science degree
Over 8 years experience in packaging development in complex organization
Strong communication and stakeholder management
Able to simplify complex technical topics for non-technical audience
Fluent in business English
Independent worker with high ownership and decision making
