About the job

Flink is looking for a Shift Lead to join their team in Nijmegen. In this role, you will lead and support pickers and riders during shifts while ensuring productivity and safety. You'll act as the right-hand to the Hub Manager and step in during their absence.

What you will do

• Lead and support pickers and riders during shifts
• Ensure productivity and safety during shifts
• Perform picking, packing, and inbounding tasks
• Act as right-hand to Hub Manager and step in during their absence
• Coach team members on the floor
• Assist with inbound deliveries and order picking

What you bring

• Available for at least 24 hours per week
• Available to work evenings and weekends
• Some managerial experience, preferably in logistics, retail, or catering
