About the job

Avery Dennison is looking for a Sales Excellence & Operations Analyst to join their team in Oegstgeest. In this hybrid role, you will analyze sales processes and lead projects that improve commercial effectiveness. You'll work cross-functionally to deploy new tools and methodologies that drive sales excellence.

What you will do

Analyze sales processes and metrics to identify optimization opportunities
Develop and implement change management programs for new sales initiatives
Collaborate cross-functionally to deploy new sales tools and methodologies
Monitor project performance and recommend improvements
Lead end-to-end execution of sales excellence projects

What you bring

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, IT or related field
Experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, project management, sales operations or commercial excellence in B2B
Strong analytical skills to translate data into sales strategies

Nice to have

Proficiency in Google Scripts, Artificial Intelligence, AppSheet, CRM systems like Salesforce
Knowledge of Agile, Lean, or PMP project management methodologies
