Innatera is looking for a Senior Field Application Engineer to bridge the gap between clients and engineering teams. In this role, you will translate customer feedback into product improvements and guide customers through the design process.

What you will do

Translate client feedback into product improvements
Build technical relationships with customer architects
Handle customer technical questions and issues
Train customers through workshops and on-site support
Guide customers through design process
Partner with Sales to identify opportunities

What you bring

At least 5 years in technical customer-facing role in semiconductor industry
Experience with AI embedded applications
Experience in global environment bridging customer and engineering teams
Bachelor's or Master's in engineering, computer science, or related field
Proficient in Python and C/C++
Knowledge of TensorFlow or PyTorch

Nice to have

Knowledge of embedded development kits and AI background
Computer architectural knowledge
