Hub Manager (m/f/d)

Flink is looking for a Hub Manager to lead operations in Roosendaal. You will manage the flow of picking, packing, and delivery while ensuring safety and compliance. This onsite role reports to the City Manager and works alongside other Hub Managers.

What you will do

• Manage operational flow of picking, packing, and delivery
• Ensure safety and compliance with food hygiene and labor laws
• Report to City Manager alongside other Hub Managers
• Lead, coach, and develop hub leadership team
• Recruit, onboard, and train new pickers and riders
• Manage scheduling for the entire team

What you bring

• At least 3 years of operational experience with process optimization and team management
• Experience managing a team with coaching and feedback skills
• Data-driven and able to translate KPIs into processes
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Hands-on and willing to pick, pack, and inbound
• Fluent in English

Nice to have

• Dutch language skills
