About the job

Cross Border Talents is looking for an IT Onsite Support Engineer to provide technical support to customers in Rotterdam. In this role, you will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, maintain IT infrastructure, and manage user accounts.

What you will do

  • Provide on-site technical support to customers
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Configure and maintain IT infrastructure
  • Install, upgrade, and support end-user hardware
  • Manage user accounts via Active Directory
  • Record solutions in a ticket system

What you bring

  • 2 years experience with onsite support and ticketing system
  • Familiar with Windows OS, Mac OS, and various software
  • Experience with Managed Print Service and mobile device configuration
  • Fluent in Dutch (C1) and English
  • Customer-oriented approach
  • Permission to work in the Netherlands
