About the job
Flink is looking for a hands-on team leader to oversee orderpickers and riders during shifts at their Zoetermeer location. In this part-time role, you ensure service, productivity, and safety while supporting the branch manager.
What you will do
- Lead orderpickers and riders by example
- Ensure service, productivity, and safety during shift
- Assist branch manager
- Guide riders on site
- Help with inbound and order picking
- Check bike fleet for damage
What you bring
- Hands-on and enjoys working in operations
- Remains calm and motivates team
- Some managerial experience, preferably in logistics, retail, or catering
- Available for 16 hours per week
- Willing to work evenings and weekends
