About the job

AIHR is looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead customer acquisition efforts across B2C and B2B. You will scale channels, optimize funnels, and work hands-on with a collaborative team in Rotterdam.

What you will do

  • Scale customer acquisition across B2C and B2B
  • Analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities
  • Optimize paid media, conversion, and email marketing
  • Launch and scale new acquisition channels
  • Execute initiatives hands-on and collaborate with team
  • Improve landing pages and conversion funnels

What you bring

  • 8+ years in growth marketing
  • Proven track record scaling customer acquisition in SaaS, e-learning, or high-growth industries
  • Experience scaling paid ad budgets over €100,000 per month
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Full-funnel marketing knowledge including paid acquisition, CRO, email marketing, and growth economics
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM for segmentation, automation, and reporting

Nice to have

  • Experience in event marketing, community-led growth, or account-based marketing
