Over de functie

AIHR is looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead customer acquisition efforts across B2C and B2B. You will scale channels, optimize funnels, and work hands-on with a collaborative team in Rotterdam.

Execute initiatives hands-on and collaborate with team
Improve landing pages and conversion funnels

Wat je meebrengt

8+ years in growth marketing
Proven track record scaling customer acquisition in SaaS, e-learning, or high-growth industries
Experience scaling paid ad budgets over €100,000 per month
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Full-funnel marketing knowledge including paid acquisition, CRO, email marketing, and growth economics
Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM for segmentation, automation, and reporting
