About the job

ElevenLabs is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business within the financial services sector. In this remote role, you will build and manage a portfolio of accounts across banking, insurance, lending, payments, and wealth management, leveraging conversational AI to deliver value.

What you will do

  • Build and manage a portfolio of new accounts in banking, insurance, lending, payments, and wealth management
  • Identify opportunities for conversational AI to drive growth, automation, or cost efficiency
  • Develop deep understanding of conversational AI landscape and competitive dynamics
  • Demonstrate expertise in how ElevenLabs voice technology creates value across customer support, virtual agents, and creative content
  • Develop and execute account strategies across the entire buying group
  • Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to solution use cases and manage Proof of Value

What you bring

  • 7+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience in SaaS or technology
  • Experience selling to financial services institutions
  • Proven success closing seven-figure deals and managing complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Experience selling to both technical and business buyers, and to risk and compliance gatekeepers
  • Adept at understanding customer business needs and translating capabilities into solutions
  • Proficient in enterprise procurement, security review, and legal processes

Nice to have

  • Exposure to AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API-driven platforms
  • Passion for voice and audio AI
