Flosum is looking for a Fractional Marketing Leader to drive enterprise pipeline growth. In this remote, part-time contract role, you'll own demand generation and lead the internal marketing team.

What you will do

• Own enterprise pipeline creation and velocity
• Lead internal marketing team and set KPIs
• Design and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns
• Align sales and marketing for GTM optimization
• Report pipeline ROI, CAC, and conversion rates

What you bring

• Proven B2B SaaS scaling experience
• Expertise in enterprise pipeline generation for $100k+ ACV
• Highly tactical and hands-on execution
• Deep experience with marketing automation, CRM, ABM, and intent data
