About the job
Telnyx is looking for an Associate Technical Project Manager to join their team in a remote capacity. In this role, you will drive cross-functional projects from planning through execution, working closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.
What you will do
- Manage cross-functional projects from planning to execution
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Operations and other stakeholders
- Develop project plans, manage timelines, track milestones and identify dependencies
- Proactively identify blockers, resolve challenges and escalate risks
- Monitor project performance, maintain documentation and provide status updates
- Leverage AI and automation to streamline project management workflows
What you bring
- 1-2 years of experience in project management, program management, operations or related field
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects and deliver results
- Strong organizational, problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience working across technical and nontechnical teams
- Ability to manage competing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- AI-first mindset with hands-on experience using AI tools
Nice to have
- Experience in telecommunications, cloud communications, SaaS or API-driven platforms
- Familiarity with Telnyx products, APIs or communications infrastructure
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Linear or Monday.com
- Experience with SQL, Looker, Tableau or similar analytics tools
- Experience building AI-powered workflows or automations
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and process improvement practices
