ElevenLabs is looking for an Employee Relations Partner to handle formal performance processes, investigations, and disciplinary matters. This fully remote role involves partnering with legal counsel and building resources to support employee relations across the organization.

Run investigations into misconduct and grievances
Manage disciplinary and dismissal matters
Partner with legal counsel on risk assessment
Triage cases with People Partners
Build playbooks, templates, and training
