About the job

ElevenLabs is looking for a Global Onboarding & Enablement Operations Program Manager to join their team in a remote capacity. In this role, you will manage onboarding cohorts, develop training materials, and support key enablement events.

What you will do

Manage onboarding cohorts end to end
Develop training materials and e-learning modules
Coordinate certifications and enablement launches
Maintain dashboards and reporting on programme performance
Run OKR and roadmap tracking and team operating rhythms
Support major enablement events like Sales Kick-Off

What you bring

Experience running onboarding or enablement programmes in a GTM environment
Strong facilitation and presentation skills
Experience developing training materials and e-learning content
Experience building team operations like OKR and roadmap tracking
Experience building dashboards and reporting processes
Familiarity with learning management systems like WorkRamp

Nice to have

Experience supporting a company-wide event like Sales Kick-Off
Experience at a high-growth technology or AI company
Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong or other GTM reporting tools
