About the job

Datasnipper, an Amsterdam-based company, is looking for a GTM Engineer to own and evolve its go-to-market technology stack. In this role, you will manage data models, build automation and AI solutions, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive commercial impact.

What you will do

Administer and evolve HubSpot data model
Build enrichment and signal infrastructure with Clay and providers
Own GTM tool integrations end to end
Develop account scoring models and standardized Clay functions
Build automations and AI agents for marketing, sales, CS, and BD
Partner with operations teams through request-brief-build-feedback model

What you bring

2-4 years in RevOps, marketing/sales/CS operations, or data/CRM administration
AI fluency with practical use of LLMs and automations
Builder's mentality: builds solutions instead of filing tickets
Comfort owning infrastructure like data models and integrations
Commercial bias: measures work in meetings booked and pipeline influenced
Cross-functional comfort across marketing, sales, CS, and engineering

Nice to have

Prior GTM Engineering experience
SQL, Python, or TypeScript skills
