About the job

Aquablu B.V. is looking for a RevOps / GTM Engineer to own revenue architecture and automation in Amsterdam. You will drive the Bowtie operating model, forecast engines, and signal-led prospecting across multiple motions.

What you will do

  • Own the Bowtie operating model, canonical definitions, KPI tree, unit economics, and CAC per motion
  • Own forecast engines across Direct, Indirect, and Enterprise; run signal-led prospecting and reporting rhythm
  • Co-deliver deal-to-cash overhaul from contract to ledger
  • Own signal-based flows for buying triggers and route into BDR feeds, campaigns, and ABM clusters
  • Own AE ARR plan, BDR point scheme, and Channel Manager plan end-to-end; run quarterly payout
  • Own GTM skill library and Claude-powered HubSpot automations; operationalise playbooks

What you bring

  • Three to seven years in RevOps, GTM Engineering, or Sales Operations at a recurring-revenue business
  • Owned a CRM as system of record, especially HubSpot with custom objects, lifecycle, pipeline design
  • Think in revenue architecture and data model, not funnels
  • Build with AI; go from idea to working prototype in hours with APIs, scripting, low-code to code
  • Speak model and money: KPI trees, unit economics, forecast cadence, commission cycles
  • Fluent in English and based in or close to Amsterdam

Nice to have

  • Winning by Design Revenue Architecture certification or fluency
  • Run commission operations end to end
  • Implemented deal-to-cash or subscription billing
  • Built scheduled AI agents or LLM-based automations on a CRM
  • Speak German or another European language
