What you will do
- Manage full-cycle searches for sales roles
- Lead intake and kickoff conversations with hiring teams
- Partner on structured, equitable interviews
- Use market research and metrics to shape search strategy
- Assess sales candidates on track record and experience
- Build diversity-focused sourcing plans
What you bring
- Full-cycle recruiting experience in competitive markets
- Sales or go-to-market recruiting experience or strong interest
- Developing advisor skills
- Experience with proactive, diversity-focused sourcing
- Data-informed approach to funnel insights
- Strong organization and communication across time zones
Nice to have
- Experience with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Metaview, SeekOut or similar tools
- Technology or B2B software recruiting experience
