5+ years leading enterprise software acquisitions end to end
Structured strategic thinking
Market research and competitive analysis skills
Deal craft including valuation and negotiation
Technical fluency in software development, DevSecOps, and AI

Nice to have

Familiarity with DevSecOps, security, AI, and open source ecosystems
