Mozilla is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team in a remote capacity. You will play a key role in financial planning and analysis, focusing on forecasting, budgeting, and process improvement. This position offers the chance to apply AI and automation to streamline recurring financial tasks.

What you will do

Prepare Core Services forecast each cycle
Assemble monthly budget update
Partner with Accounting through monthly close
Maintain headcount tracking
Track vendor and cloud spend
Apply AI and automation to recurring work

What you bring

5+ years FP&A or comparable analytical finance role
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or quantitative field
Advanced spreadsheet and financial modeling skills
Experience with enterprise planning tools and accounting systems
Grounding in accounting fundamentals including accruals and monthly close
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have

Experience supporting technical or G&A functions in shared-services finance
Experience building automations or AI-assisted workflows in Finance
Experience with BI tools, SQL, Python, Power Query or other data querying languages
