Mozilla is looking for a Staff Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of a major Firefox Enterprise workstream in 2027. You will work closely with engineering, design, security, and infrastructure teams to define requirements and success metrics. This role also involves partnering with sales, legal, and finance on go-to-market readiness and compliance.

What you will do

Own strategy, roadmap and delivery of a major Firefox Enterprise workstream in 2027
Define requirements, success metrics and release plans with engineering, design, security and infrastructure teams
Work with pilot customers and prospects to understand deployment needs and prioritize product decisions
Partner with sales, legal, finance and support on packaging, pricing inputs, go-to-market readiness and compliance
Contribute to a single cross-workstream roadmap and keep dependencies and trade-offs visible
Take on new scope as portfolio grows and help mentor teammates and establish product practices

What you bring

5+ years of product management experience including taking 0-to-1 enterprise security or infrastructure products from definition through launch
Experience owning a hosted or SaaS security product including data residency and operational requirements
Experience dealing with public sector organizations with understanding of sovereignty requirements
Strong communication skills and ability to translate nuanced topics to different audiences
Strong track record of execution and follow-through
Comfort with ambiguity and experience setting direction for new products or markets

Nice to have

Experience working on enterprise browsers or adjacent products such as EDR, IdP, SSO or MDM
Compliance experience with data processing agreements and understanding of NIS2, DORA and GDPR
Exposure to AI features in enterprise products including data loss prevention
Experience supporting new market entry or new product releases
Experience working with government entities or in government facing businesses
French or German language proficiency
