About the job

Mozilla is looking for a Senior Product Manager for Mobile to enhance the browser experience, focusing on fixing bugs, refining UI, and improving performance. You will drive activation and retention by optimizing the new-user journey through data and testing, while delivering features for key user groups. Collaborate with engineers, designers, and data scientists to ship improvements and stay connected to users by tracking trends and analyzing feedback.

What you will do

  • Build a better browser experience: fix bugs, refine UI and navigation, improve downloads, menus, performance
  • Drive activation and retention: focus on new-user journey, optimize funnel through data and testing
  • Deliver differentiating features for key user groups
  • Work with engineers, designers, data science and TPMs to ship improvements
  • Stay connected to users: track App Store trends, test apps, analyze reviews and analytics
  • Monitor app health in App Store Connect and Google Play Console, support ASO and growth

What you bring

  • Hands-on experience launching or managing apps on iOS App Store and/or Google Play Store
  • Track record of delivering features under deadlines with cross-functional collaboration
  • Deep understanding of iOS (and ideally Android) ecosystems, app store policies, web browser technologies
  • Comfort using analytics, funnels, A/B testing and user feedback
  • Natural habit of studying apps, following trends, testing experiences
  • Interest or experience in international markets with local sensitivity

Nice to have

  • Experience with mobile browsers or privacy-focused products
  • History of scaling an app’s user base
  • Maintaining your own side project or app
