Grafana Labs is looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to join their remote team in the Netherlands. In this role, you will work closely with customers to translate business needs into technical solutions, leveraging your expertise in observability and enterprise architecture.
What you will do
- Work with customers including executives, project managers, and IT staff
- Translate business needs into technical requirements
- Design solutions including data visualization, workflows, migrations, and enterprise architecture
- Lead functional workshops and document requirements
- Advocate for standards and best practices
- Collaborate with internal teams on product improvements
What you bring
- Located in the Netherlands
- 5+ years experience on deployment teams with project management
- Direct experience with observability
- Best practices for using and deploying observability stack, preferably with Grafana products
- Proven track record delivering customer projects, preferably enterprise observability
- Excellent communication skills
