Grafana Labs is looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to join their team in the Netherlands. In this role, you will partner with the Sales team to present the Grafana value proposition and own the technical engagement with customers. You will deliver product presentations, communicate customer feedback, and create enablement material.
What you will do
- Partner with Sales team to present Grafana value proposition
- Own technical engagement with customers and close complex opportunities
- Deliver product and technical presentations to customers
- Communicate customer feedback to internal teams
- Drive product conversations based on customer needs
- Create enablement material like documentation and blog posts
What you bring
- 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience
- Open to complex assignments with strong judgment and collaboration
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Loves solving technical challenges
- Technical mindset and desire to grow technically
- Located in the Netherlands
Nice to have
- Experience with Open Source technologies or Metrics/Monitoring space
- Experience with sales methodologies like MEDD(P)ICC
