Join the servicedesk team at Arvato in Gennep, where you act as the first point of contact for all IT questions and incidents. You handle requests, provide on-site and remote support, and set up hardware and software for end users.

• Act as first point of contact for IT questions and incidents
• Register and handle requests, resolve about 70% of regular IT inquiries
• Provide on-site support by visiting departments
• Set up and install end-user hardware and software
• Perform minor standard changes and service requests
• Provide remote support and assist with Microsoft network support

Wat je meebrengt

• Completed MBO-level education in IT
• Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office suite
• Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory
• Experience with remote support and Microsoft network support
• Service-oriented attitude and good communication skills
• English required, Dutch an advantage
