Shift Lead (m/f/d)

Flink is looking for a hands-on Shift Lead to join their Haarlem hub. In this role, you'll lead and support pickers and riders during shifts while ensuring productivity and safety. You'll be the right-hand to the Hub Manager and step in when they're absent.

Wat ga je doen

• Lead and support pickers and riders during shifts
• Ensure productivity and safety during shifts
• Perform picking, packing, and inbounding tasks
• Act as right-hand to Hub Manager and step in when absent
• Coach riders and pickers on the floor
• Assist with inbound deliveries and order picking

Wat je meebrengt

• Hands-on and enjoys operations work
• Remains calm in stressful situations and motivates team
• Some managerial experience, preferably in logistics, retail, or catering
• Available for at least 24 hours per week
• Available to work evenings and weekends
