About the job
Flink is looking for a hands-on Shift Lead to join their Haarlem hub. In this role, you'll lead and support pickers and riders during shifts while ensuring productivity and safety. You'll be the right-hand to the Hub Manager and step in when they're absent.
What you will do
- Lead and support pickers and riders during shifts
- Ensure productivity and safety during shifts
- Perform picking, packing, and inbounding tasks
- Act as right-hand to Hub Manager and step in when absent
- Coach riders and pickers on the floor
- Assist with inbound deliveries and order picking
What you bring
- Hands-on and enjoys operations work
- Remains calm in stressful situations and motivates team
- Some managerial experience, preferably in logistics, retail, or catering
- Available for at least 24 hours per week
- Available to work evenings and weekends
