MAT Research is seeking a Manufacturing Scientist to join their team in Leiden, focusing on the development and scaling of manufacturing workflows for MAT kit production. You will act as the scientific expert on the production floor, ensuring consistency, reproducibility, and compliance with GMP and ISO:9001 standards.

Develop and scale manufacturing workflows for MAT kit production
Ensure consistency and reproducibility of manufacturing processes
Act as scientific expert on the production floor
Oversee batch manufacturing and reagent preparation
Implement GMP and ISO:9001 compliance standards
Conduct process validation studies

Wat je meebrengt

PhD in STEM fields such as immunology, biology, chemistry, or engineering
At least 5 years hands-on experience in chemical or biological labs
Hands-on experience with PBMC isolations, cellular assays, and analytical assays (ELISA, Flow Cytometry)
Strong understanding of GMP, ISO:9001, and regulatory compliance
Experience with scale-up, process validation, and technology transfer
Fluent in English

Mooi meegenomen

Experience with pyrogen testing, human immune response assays, and cytokine detection
Proficiency in Dutch, German, or French
