Odyssey Hotel Group is looking for a steward to join their team in Nijmegen. In this role, you will keep the kitchen and dining areas spotless and support the kitchen and F&B teams. It's a great opportunity to work in a dynamic hotel environment with a young team.

Wat ga je doen

• Operating dishwashing equipment and cleaning crockery, cutlery, utensils, and glassware
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas and storage rooms
• Ensuring kitchen equipment is cleaned, stored, and ready for use
• Assisting with deliveries and organizing stock
• Supporting kitchen and F&B teams with operational tasks
• Following waste disposal, recycling, HACCP, and safety procedures

Wat je meebrengt

• Experience in stewarding, kitchen, or cleaning is an advantage but not required
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong work ethic and proactive approach
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Good understanding of cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
