AIHR, based in Rotterdam, is looking for a Senior Partnership Manager to lead the growth of its affiliate channel and expand its partner ecosystem. This hybrid role focuses on building and scaling partnerships with resellers, consultancies, and tech companies.

Grow the affiliate channel and manage existing partner book
Build extended partner programs with resellers, consultancies, system integrators, and universities
Define tech partnership go-to-market strategy and test it
Present proposals and results to leadership
Run QBRs and enablement sessions for partners
Negotiate larger agreements and design pilot deals

Wat je meebrengt

7+ years in partnership acquisition and management, ideally in SaaS, e-commerce, or EdTech
Track record of building or restructuring partner programs
Experience creating go-to-market strategy for a new channel
Comfortable owning targets
AI-first mindset
Strong communication in English
