Join IFS, a global technology company, as an IT Support Engineer based in 's-Hertogenbosch. In this role, you will provide expert-level support across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms, acting as a key escalation point for complex macOS issues. You will also have the opportunity to apply AI-driven tools and design workflow automations to streamline support tasks.

  • Provide expert-level technical support across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms
  • Act as escalation point for complex macOS issues including deployment, configuration, and security
  • Resolve complex device, application, and connectivity issues onsite and remotely
  • Maintain and enhance video conferencing, network connectivity, and office technologies
  • Apply AI-driven tools and design workflow automations to streamline support tasks
  • Create documentation, mentor peers, and provide regional onsite support

Wat je meebrengt

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong professional IT support experience including remote and onsite roles
  • Deep macOS support experience in enterprise environment
  • Hands-on experience managing Mac fleets with Jamf Pro, Apple Business Manager, and APNs
  • Advanced proficiency in Windows and mobile platforms (iOS and Android)
  • Proficient level of English language

Mooi meegenomen

  • Apple certifications (ACSP, ACiT) strongly preferred
  • Other relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Modern Desktop, ITIL Foundation)
  • Experience with Intune for cross-platform MDM
  • Familiarity with ITIL service management and compliance practices
  • Experience supporting a global customer base and collaborating across time zones
