IFS is looking for a Senior Product Manager to shape the future of workforce management solutions. In this role, you will drive product strategy and work directly with global customers to deliver next-generation experiences. You will join a global, sustainability-focused company and help lead the adoption of AI-first capabilities.

Contribute to product strategy and shape roadmaps for designated product domains
Engage directly with customers to understand challenges and validate opportunities
Translate customer problems into product outcomes and success measures
Drive initiatives from discovery through adoption, including building investment cases
Champion an AI-first mindset and identify automation opportunities
Partner with customers to shape next-generation workforce experiences

Wat je meebrengt

Recent hands-on experience owning a workforce, resource or crew scheduling product as a Product Manager or Product Owner
Product management experience delivering SaaS, workforce management, resource management, field service or enterprise software
Experience with workforce planning, scheduling, time and attendance, resource management, labour compliance, payroll integration or workforce analytics
Understanding of operationally intensive industries such as Construction & Engineering, Energy, Utilities, Manufacturing, Telecommunications or Field Service
Experience working with global customers and strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent English and willingness to travel internationally

Mooi meegenomen

Experience with workforce management, resource planning, scheduling, payroll, HCM or operational workforce solutions
Experience within construction, engineering, energy, utilities, manufacturing or other project-centric industries
Experience building AI-enabled enterprise software products
Familiarity with AI, automation and agentic experiences
Experience modernising enterprise SaaS products
Exposure to business case development, pricing, monetisation or product P&L ownership
