Clera is looking for a Freight Broker to join their remote team. In this role, you will prospect and win new shipper accounts while managing the full lifecycle of freight transactions.

- Prospect and win new shipper accounts
- Understand customer freight lanes and requirements
- Quote freight and negotiate rates
- Coordinate with carrier operations
- Maintain customer communication and resolve issues
- Identify additional freight opportunities
Wat je meebrengt
- 3+ years freight brokerage or logistics sales experience
- Track record of closing freight sales deals
- Experience quoting and negotiating freight rates
- Proven ability to prospect and acquire new accounts
- Experience managing full transaction lifecycle
- Experience coordinating with operations teams
Mooi meegenomen
- Familiarity with freight brokerage software or TMS
- Knowledge of freight lanes or carrier networks
- Background at an established freight brokerage firm
