Nivoda is looking for a Growth and Demand Gen Lead to own net-new customer acquisition strategy and execution. This remote role involves running paid channels like Google and Meta daily, building repeatable and scalable channels for qualified leads, and growing SEO and answer-engine presence.

5+ years in growth or demand gen with a track record of scaling channels
Deep hands-on paid expertise in Google and Meta campaigns
Experience across multiple channels like paid, SEO, ABM, or lifecycle
Systems thinking with repeatable and measurable approaches
Fluency with attribution and analytics
Comfort as a hands-on individual contributor on a small team

Experience acquiring small business owners, retailers, or trade audience
Marketplace, self-serve, or product-led growth background
Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta, HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay, Mixpanel
Experience with value-first or content-led acquisition model
Real SEO and AEO depth for AI-generated answers
