ViCentra B.V. is looking for a Technical Complaint Investigator to join their team in Utrecht. In this role, you will investigate product complaints and returns, collaborating with multiple departments to drive improvements. You will work in a hybrid setting, contributing to a mission that matters.

  • Investigate routine and complex complaint cases and product send-backs
  • Perform root cause investigations on returned products
  • Collaborate with R&D, Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, Customer Care, and suppliers
  • Manage and interpret supplier feedback into structured investigations
  • Record, track, and communicate findings via Salesforce and internal systems
  • Support process improvements and scalability as complaint volumes grow

Wat je meebrengt

  • Technical or engineering background
  • 3+ years experience in technical investigations, engineering, quality, or manufacturing
  • Experience with root cause analysis methods like 5 Whys and Ishikawa
  • Confidence to work with R&D, suppliers, and manufacturing
  • Strong documentation, analytical thinking, and communication skills
  • Hands-on and motivated mindset
