EVERIENCE is looking for a Deskside Technician to join their team in Venlo. In this role, you provide onsite technical support and resolve incidents with end-user computing equipment. You perform proactive troubleshooting and handle installations, upgrades, and repairs for a range of devices.

- Provide onsite technical support to users
- Resolve incidents with end-user computing equipment
- Perform reactive troubleshooting to prevent future issues
- Install, upgrade, and repair desktops, laptops, monitors, and peripherals
- Support mobile devices and VIP equipment
- Track and report customer calls using problem management database
Wat je meebrengt
- 3 to 5 years of related work experience
- Knowledge of imaging tools like Ghost and MDT
- Knowledge of data backup and recovery tools like USMT
- Experience installing, upgrading, and migrating to Windows 7/10
- Experience deploying Windows 7/10 in large enterprises
- Fluent in Dutch and English
