An electrical engineer for DWG
DWG · Electrical engineer

From design to executable drawing
Barbara van Eijk-Hagens from DWG was looking for electrical engineers.
DWG, with approximately 120 employees, works for clients in energy and infrastructure and wanted to strengthen the team with people who want to look ahead.
An engineer translates a customer request into a technical design. He performs calculations and diagrams, selects components, develops drawings, and coordinates with project management and execution so that the design can actually be built on-site. The work requires in-depth professional knowledge, accuracy, and the ability to communicate across various disciplines.
The technical content at the center
For engineers, we make clear in the campaign which projects and techniques are central, which software is used, and how the lines with execution and the client run. An engineer chooses based on the content of the work.
This target group rarely searches actively. Therefore, the vacancy is aimed at experienced engineers and technicians with a higher professional education (HBO) or secondary vocational education (MBO) background who want to advance in the design profession.
The message contains the things that an engineer pays attention to: the projects and techniques, the software, the collaboration with execution and the client, and the room to further specialize.
With a multichannel approach, the campaign also reaches people with a permanent job. Those who respond receive a few concrete questions about experience and availability, so that the first conversations can go directly into the content.
